EXPERIENCE:
· Sales experience
· Membership Sales: 1 year+ (Preferred)
· Schedule management
· Customer Service; 1 year+ in the spa industry (Preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Sales experience is required
· Ability to connect clients to memberships, services, and retail products
· Ability to manage schedules for stylists and clients
· Strong critical thinking
· Ability to multitask efficiently
· Positive, upbeat attitude
· Must be a team player and work well in a team player environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confident in handling cash
· 2 Years or more in Front Desk Sales, preferably in Salon/Spa or Membership businesses
· Must have reliable transportation
· Exceptional Customer Service Skills
· At least 2 Years in College
· Must be 18 years or older
Previous Sales experience is required. Booking-based programs are a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments accurately and sell memberships using our proven sales system and scripts.
- Answer phone calls, instant messages, and update social media sites.
- Lead management - reaching out to warm/hot leads and follow-up communication.
- Providing outstanding Customer Service and Member Management.
- Promoting the benefits of memberships to guests while driving member retention.
- Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
- Opening and closing the salon and ensuring the cleanliness of all areas.
