Butler Town Center Welcomes Hollister; Mochinut Now Open at Butler Esplanade

Butler Enterprises is pleased to announce that Hollister will join the tenant mix at Butler Town Center.

Welcome Hollister to Butler Town Center!

The popular apparel retailer will occupy approximately 5,600 square feet next to the upcoming Texas de Brazil restaurant and plans to open later this year.

Known for its casual, Southern California-inspired clothing and accessories, Hollister will add another sought-after fashion destination to Butler Town Center. Additional information about the store’s opening will be announced as plans are finalized.

Mochinut is now open!

Butler is also celebrating the opening of Mochinut at Butler Esplanade. Located at 3256 SW 35th Boulevard, Mochinut brings its signature mochi donuts, Korean corndogs and boba teas to Gainesville. The restaurant is located next to the newly opened Jeff’s Bagel Run, adding to the popular destination for guests looking to enjoy breakfast, snacks and sweet treats.

“The opening of Mochinut brings exciting new flavors to Butler Esplanade,” Butler said. “Together with Hollister’s upcoming arrival, these additions reflect our continued commitment to offering a dynamic mix of shopping and dining experiences for Gainesville.”
